TERMS AND POLICIES:
These policies supersede policies appearing on all other Ramsons literature, and are, in effect, for all purchases made herein after.

For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors. Ramsons is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice. Ramsons reserves the right to refuse any orders.

Servicing Policy
Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned.

Before returning any product, you must obtain return merchandise authorization from Ramsons. No such returns of any type will be accepted without such prior authorization. Please have the following information on hand when returning merchandise:

Customer Name
Invoice Number
Serial Number, and
The nature of the problem

All defective products will be accepted directly by Ramsons for credit, exchange or repair at Ramsons discretion although handling charges may be applicable. Warranty period is valid within 1 year from the invoice date and must be accompanied by the blank warranty card provided by the manufacturer.

Any products defective due to mishandling are not accepted for credit or exchange but may be accepted for repair (repair charges will be applicable).

All factory defected products must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, 100% complete in resaleable condition, and must include Original Packing Material, Manuals, Blank Warranty Cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

Products that have been tampered with are not acceptable.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER:
The seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty if any.

Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are 100% paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser.

Manufacturers' warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have questions, please inquire. Any and all liability is only for the cost of the products purchased.

EXPORT ORDERS:
Export Orders are subject to export regulations, export insurance charges, handling charges, shipping rates, and applicable customs. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. All export orders must be prepaid in full by wire transfer.

Please be aware that many products' warranties do not provide coverage outside Japan and some products may not be exported under any circumstances due to manufacturers' restrictions or Japanese law. Ramsons makes no representations (and takes no responsibility) regarding warranty coverage, compatibility, or serviceability for products that are used outside Japan.

Customers purchasing 100 Volt engineered merchandise purchase on their own risk and liability. Ramsons strongly recommends these customers use a transformer which is compatible with your country's voltage system. Ramsons will not be responsible or liable for any damages caused by these products.

Export Orders can only be placed by customers via Fax or E-mail. Please contact Ramsons' sales department for rates, restrictions, and other arrangements for Export Orders.

Ramsons accepts the following terms of payment:

Wire transfer (ask for Bank Details)
Letter of Credit (L/C)
Please enquire for any other desired payment terms.
