Terms and Policies
These policies supersede policies appearing on all other Ramsons literature, and are, in effect, for all purchases made herein after.
For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors. Ramsons is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice. Ramsons reserves the right to refuse any orders.
Servicing Policy
Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned.
Before returning any product, you must obtain return merchandise authorization from Ramsons. No such returns of any type will be accepted without such prior authorization. Please have the following information on hand when returning merchandise:
- Customer Name
- Invoice Number
- Serial Number, and
- The nature of the problem
All defective products will be accepted directly by Ramsons for credit, exchange or repair at Ramsons discretion although handling charges may be applicable. Warranty period is valid within 1 year from the invoice date and must be accompanied by the blank warranty card provided by the manufacturer.
Any products defective due to mishandling are not accepted for credit or exchange but may be accepted for repair (repair charges will be applicable).
All factory defected products must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, 100% complete in resaleable condition, and must include Original Packing Material, Manuals, Blank Warranty Cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
Products that have been tampered with are not acceptable.
